Documentary import remittance
The Documentary collection is less complicated and less expensive than LCs
It concerns the payments between importer and exporter using Document remittance. It can concern the goods or services
The exporter instruct their bank to perform as a collection mediator for payment of shipped goods to the buyer. The exporter send documents via his bank to the importer bank and ask to be delivered against payment instructions.
For any importing company the payment will be effected only after acceptance of the documents.
